TreePlan如何工作

打开一个新的工作表，
选择工具| 决策树（Mac Excel 2011）或加载项| 决策树（Excel 2010＆2013＆2016），
单击New Tree按钮，TreePlan创建一个带有两个分支的初始树，
选择一个节点，然后运行TreePlan来更改决策树的结构，
输入分支的名称，现金流量和概率，以及
从TreePlan的结果中看到最优策略。
